The Solomon Islands Athletes Commission (SIAC) had a brief meeting with the Solomon Islands National Institute of Sports (SINIS) Executive Director (ED) this morning to discus how best the two organizations can assist the athletes and collaboratively deliver programs.
The SIAC 3 member delegation led by the Chair met with the Executive Director of SINIS Mr Alsop this morning at his his office at the SINIS complex, Ranadi.
Mr Alsop thanked the SIAC members for their attendance and stated the brief meeting was called to discus and understand the roles and functions of each organization and how best the two organizations can assist athletes and collaboratively deliver programs more effectively.
SIAC thanked Mr Alsop for the initiative and reiterated that SIAC is athlete centered and reiterated its willingness to collaboratively work with SINIS for the interest of the athletes.
