NOCSI 2 days Strategic Plan Review and Consultation underway

The National Olympic Committee of Solomon Islands (NOCSI) 2-day strategic plan review and consultation with National Federations is underway in Honiara, starting today and concluding tomorrow. The workshop is being hosted at the King Solomon Hotel Conference Room.

A draft strategic plan was put together approximately three weeks ago by the NOCSI Executive Board and staff, with the valuable assistance, input and guidance of Sainimili Talatoka from Fiji.

In his opening remarks, the President of the National Olympic Committee of Solomon Islands, Mr Martin Rara thanked the Federation representatives for availing themselves and taking the time to participate in the consultation. The President reminded the National Federation representatives of the importance of their views and inputs, as the strategic plan will serve as a guiding tool for sports in the Solomon Islands for the next 7 years.
